Electro-Acupuncture
What it is:Â A gentle electrical current is applied through acupuncture needles to enhance stimulation, particularly useful for nerve-related or deeper muscular concerns.

Cupping
What it is: Suction cups are applied to the skin to lift soft tissue, improve blood flow, and release muscular tension. This can be done as stationary cupping (cups left in place) or moving cupping (cups glided across the skin with oil for a deeper, dynamic release).

Body Gua Sha
What it is: A smooth-edged tool is used to gently scrape the skin along muscles, promoting blood flow and helping to break up muscular adhesions. (Body-focused — not to be confused with facial Gua Sha.)
