Step 1
Initial Consultation & Assessment
Your first visit begins with a comprehensive intake, where we'll discuss your health history, current concerns, and treatment goals. I'll assess both external patterns (posture, range of motion, muscle and joint palpation) and internal patterns (through TCM tongue and pulse diagnosis) to gain a complete picture of your health. This dual approach allows me to identify the root cause of your concerns — not just the surface-level symptoms.
Step 2
Personalized Treatment Plan
Based on your assessment, I'll create a tailored treatment plan that may include acupuncture, cupping, Gua Sha, or other complementary techniques. You'll receive your first treatment during this same visit, along with any recommendations for at-home care.
Step 3
Ongoing Care & Progress Tracking
Follow-up visits focus on tracking your progress, adjusting your treatment plan as needed, and helping you reach your health goals. Together, we'll determine the right frequency and duration of care for your specific needs.

Understanding TCM Diagnosis
How Traditional Chinese Medicine Assesses Your Health
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) looks at the body as an interconnected system. Rather than just treating a symptom, TCM diagnosis aims to understand the underlying pattern causing it — leading to more personalized, effective care.
